Policy Updates

We are a team of dedicated people who love your pet almost as much as you do, which is why we are introducing a few new policies to ensure we are putting the health of your pets first.

No-Show / Cancellation Fee for Appointments: Due to an increasing number of no-shows, a cancellation fee will be applied to your account if you do not cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment time slot.

Deposits for Surgeries and Dental Procedures: To save your surgery or dental procedure time slot with the doctor, we will collect a deposit of $150. The deposit is forfeited if no-showed or not canceled at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. Please note the deposit will be applied to your final invoice.

By implementing these policies, we hope to see fewer cancellations; therefore, allowing us to book time slots for clients that really need our care i.e. same-day sick patients or emergencies. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have.

Appointment Requests & VitusVet Update

Please be advised that we are in the process of changing from VitusVet to AllyDVM. This transition will take 2-4 weeks. This means that two-way texting is currently disabled until we are up and running with AllyDVM. The VitusVet app also will stop working, so please call the clinic for appointment requests, records, refill requests, and more. Thank you!
