When Do I Need To Make an Urgent Care Appointment?

The following situations may require same-day care but are not necessarily life-threatening:

  • Ear or eye issues
  • Bite wounds or lacerations
  • Limping
  • Nail or paw issues
  • Coughing/Sneezing
  • Decreased appetite
  • Hives, swelling, or other mild allergic reactions
  • Inability to urinate or pass feces, or pain associated with urinating or passing feces
  • Vomiting or diarrhea
  • Your pet has ingested something poisonous (such as antifreeze, xylitol, chocolate, rodent poison, etc.)
  • Obvious signs of pain or extreme anxiety

Do You Offer Drop-Off Appointments?

Yes, we offer drop-off appointments. During these visits, we can review your pet's needs in between regularly scheduled appointments. A member of our team will complete the necessary diagnostic testing to determine the cause of your pet's illness. We recommend calling first to check our availability.

What If My Pet Needs Medicine?

Our in-house pharmacy is a convenient way for you to get the medicine your pet needs ASAP. During most sick visits, your beloved companion will head home with the medicine they need the same day.
